This Access Passport produced by The TV Access Project (TAP) is designed to be a portable document that sets out a Disabled person’s workplace adjustments, helping ensure consistent, clear support across roles and teams. It reduces the need to repeat conversations when jobs or managers change and is always controlled by the individual.
An easy read version of the passport is also available.
