As a recipient of the BFI National Lottery Skills Clusters Fund, they lead Screen Berkshire, a collaborative initiative designed to identify skills gaps and expand the regional production opportunities. They help underrepresented creatives and local residents connect with industry opportunities. Their support includes providing free training, career mentorship, and managing the Berkshire Film Office.
