Do This: First Steps for a Thriving Workplace 

We have a new series online called 'Do This', offering examples of things you can do to improve good work within your business. Twelve different actions will help effect change in your workplace, supported online by detailed, practical advice, all expertly written by researchers from the Institute for Employment Studies. 

The first of the actions is now online, encouraging us to look beyond the usual places when hiring to give your work the edge in a changing world. Look out for the rest of the series, as there will be regular new blogs around each action for those who want to understand more deeply why we are recommending these transformative steps.
